New Restaurants in Boca Raton: What's Opening in Fall 2026

On July 5, Stage Kitchen & Bar served its last dinner on Restaurant Row. Chef Pushkar Marathe and business partner Andy Dugard reopened the same space less than seven weeks later with a different idea: a neighborhood dining room built for regulars, replacing what the Palm Beach Post called a special-occasion restaurant.

That decision sums up Boca Raton's fall. The restaurants that have opened since mid-August are mostly places you can visit on a Tuesday: a brasserie, a doughnut shop, a reopened pho spot and a fast-casual counter, with a French cafe opening next. The bigger destination concepts announced this year still say "coming soon." If you have been wondering where the new places are, the answer depends on whether you want breakfast or a celebration dinner.

Boca Brasserie and the move toward regulars

Boca Brasserie opened Aug. 20 in the former Stage space. Its address is 5377 Town Center Road, Suite 200. Stage lasted 16 months. Its replacement is an American brasserie with comfort food, steaks, seafood, pasta, flatbreads and martinis, according to the South Florida Sun Sentinel's July report on the change.

That menu is built for repeat visits, not one big night. Flatbreads and a martini make a weeknight dinner. A globally inspired tasting experience usually gets saved for a birthday. The same chef in the same room picked the format people come back to more often.

A fall that opens early in the day

The clearest pattern this season is how many new spots are about coffee, pastry and breakfast.

Maman at Shadowood Square has its grand opening Tuesday, Oct. 6, at 9959 Glades Road in West Boca. It's a French cafe and bakery serving pastries and scratch-made breakfast and lunch. Maman started in New York City's Soho neighborhood in 2014 and now has more than 60 locations across the United States and Canada. Co-founders Elisa Marshall and Benjamin Sormonte designed the Boca cafe with vintage furnishings and French-inspired decor.

The Boca Raton Observer reported these opening-day plans:

  • The first 100 customers get a free chocolate chip cookie and a Maman tote bag.
  • Tecomoabesos, a children's apparel and toy brand, hosts a pop-up from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m.
  • A Hustle + Heart charm bar follows from 1 to 3 p.m.
  • The first 50 guests who spend $15 or more during the afternoon event get a free croissant charm.

Parlor Doughnuts is in Mizner Park at 9 Plaza Real S., Suite 108. It sells layered doughnuts, coffee and tea, juices and breakfast sandwiches. Boca Magazine reported a grand opening scheduled for Sept. 26. The brand's Boca Raton page now lists daily hours and pickup ordering. The city's economic development newsletter lists the shop as "Now Open."

These two openings cover different parts of the city. Shadowood Square is on Glades Road in West Boca. Parlor is in Mizner Park downtown. A morning coffee run got a new option on both ends of Boca this fall.

Casual counters and a familiar name back in business

The quick-service openings fit the same pattern.

Panda Express opened Tuesday, Aug. 18, at 1914 NE Fifth Avenue. It's an American Chinese fast-casual restaurant, according to the Palm Beach Post.

Basilic Vietnamese Cuisine reopened Sept. 25 at 1901 NW 2nd Avenue, serving pho and other Vietnamese dishes. The 561 Scoop reported the reopening in its Oct. 4 issue. A brand-new restaurant makes more headlines. For people who already had Basilic in their regular rotation, its return is likely the more useful news.

Downtown Delray's fine-dining arrival

The one clear exception to the everyday pattern is a few miles north. Ethereal, at 324 N.E. Third Ave. #1 in Delray Beach, is a fine-dining restaurant with European- and Latin-inspired dishes. Boca Magazine reported it open on Sept. 14 but didn't give an exact first day.

If you live in Boca and want a new special-occasion restaurant that's open today, this fall's best documented option is in Delray. Boca's own big-night concepts are still on the way.

The destination rooms still on the calendar

This is the list people are waiting on, and none of it has a confirmed opening day. The table shows the most recent status published for each.

Restaurant Location Concept Latest published status

Drinking Pig BBQ Sundy Village, 22 W. Atlantic Ave., Delray Beach Oak-smoked barbecue with Caribbean and Asian influences Projected for fall in a December 2025 report; still TBD as of May 2026

Fletcher's is the furthest along on paper. Boca Magazine announced it in June for this fall, and its own website, last updated Sept. 17, still says the same. That page doesn't give a firm date or mention a delay.

Town Center is building toward a sit-down Mediterranean cluster. Felice and Limani Grille are both listed for the mall. The Palm Beach Post reported on Sept. 10 that specific opening dates had not yet been announced. Once both open, the stretch of Glades Road around the mall will have Boca Brasserie, two new full-service Italian and Greek rooms and a new French cafe just west at Shadowood Square.

Downtown near Mizner Boulevard, the Italian plans are tied to new residential buildings. Sofia is planned at The Aletto near Sanborn Square, and Bellini at Mr. C Residences. The Boca Raton Observer reported neither with an opening date.

Maman's county rollout as a timeline

Maman is the clearest picture of how a concept spreads across the area. Its plans have also changed during the year, so the latest dates are the ones to go by:

  1. Oct. 6, 2026: Shadowood Square, 9959 Glades Road, West Boca.
  2. November 2026: 40 S. Swinton Ave., downtown Delray Beach.
  3. Early 2027: The Shops at Boca Center.

In February, the Palm Beach Post reported a late-summer target for the Delray cafe and a fall 2026 location at 5250 Town Center Circle. The Oct. 1 Observer update moved Delray to November and lists the next Boca cafe at The Shops at Boca Center in early 2027. Openings that slip by a season or move to a different shopping center are common, and that's why every date in the table above should be treated as a target.

Where that leaves a weeknight versus a celebration

As of Oct. 4, 2026, the new options you can actually visit in Boca are Boca Brasserie on Restaurant Row, Maman on Glades Road starting Oct. 6, Parlor Doughnuts in Mizner Park, Panda Express on NE Fifth Avenue and Basilic back on NW 2nd Avenue. Those cover breakfast, coffee, a quick lunch and a regular dinner. The omakase counter, the Tuscan pasta room, the Greek seafood spot and the Cipriani-family Italian are still on the coming-soon list, with Ethereal in Delray as the nearest new fine-dining room that's open now.

Where new restaurants open, and which ones last, often reflects how a part of town gets used day to day. The same patterns come up when buyers and sellers look at a home's surroundings.
